POLICIES
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before 2pm on the date you are due
to arrive, you will not be charged. If you cancel your booking less than 48
hours before arriving, or if you don't arrive, we will debit your card for the
cost of one night's accommodation. Any booked nights cancelled after check-in
may also incur the cost of one night's accommodation.
Damage
Cottage Mews Motel reserves the right to charge for any damage or loss caused by
careless or intentional misuse of the units or any part of the property, beyond
normal wear and tear.
Privacy
We will hold your personal details carefully and will not give these details to
any third party.
